GOOD MANNER IS A NOBLE PRACTICE . . .

We seldom heard The Malay proverb "if people be kind to us,we be courteous to them,if people gives something,we taste it."It has a secret meaning and can be guidance to us if we understand it correctly.If we cannot practice it,our nation will collapse.Good manner will enhance the felling to respect each other.As an example,young people will respect their older,children will respect their parent and student will respect their teacher.It is clear that we are ordered to respect oleder people and love our youngsters.Allah s.w.t says in Al-Quran: "And they are guided (in this world) unto goodly speech(i.e lailaha ill-Allah,Alhamdulillah,recitation of the Al-Quran,etc,)and they guided to the part of him,who is worth of all praises," (Al-Haj verse 24)

Nowandays there are certain people in our society who are lacking noble manner due to today's lifestyle that always obsess for money,position and wealth until they neglect the importance of practicing noble manner.Practicing good manner and value will reflect good behavior.Every word that had been said will be reflected in one's actions.If he speaks with good manner,his behavior and action also be good.

proverbs says :

" A house built because of it's join,if the join broken the house will collapse"
" A nation will be highly respected because of their culture,If the culture is corrupted the nation will be collapse"

Islam clearly clarifies the connection between level of plenty and the way of thinking.Rasulullah s.a.w says that those who have the best manner are those who loved by Allah s.w.t.Muslim that have perfect piety are those who closest to Rasulullah saw and judgment day.Rasulullah says : " indeed those who are chosen between you are those who have the best manner and the best are those who are good to his wife"Rasulullah saw urged us to control our words (tongue) and always quiet if it is the best way.He says;"who ever own piety to Allah swt and judgement day,so he has to say only good word or just keep quite."

"A word reflects the nations".Hence it has to be implemented in any situation and time so that our nation and religion can be valued as the best,We have inoculate good manner as a culture in office,road,house and mosque.We also have to show our positive image in every action such the way of thinking,felling,speaking,and behavior.Only in that way,we can build an effective work culture.If this culture and mutual respect can be enhance,it will be bring up friendship and mutual understanding.
